The take off was changed for Les Gets. We went to take off. Task was sated with elapsed time. Cloud base was getting lower and lower and on the end one of pilots said on the radio that the cloud base is doping down and we can’t see what is above. With high possibility of thunderstorm it was decided to cansel the task. Decision was good as one our later started to rain.

Dziś pojechaliśmy na inne niż planowano startowiso. Rozłożono konkurencje z czasem indywidualnym. Okno zostało otwarte, ale podstawa zaczęła się obniżać. W końcu któryś z pilotów powiedział na radiu, że podstawa jest 200 m nad startem i ze nie widać co się dzieje powyżej. Postanowiono odwoła konkurencję. Decyzja okazała się bardzo słuszna, gdyż za chwilę zaczęło padać.

Today we went to Mioussy. Getting to the take off was very chaotic but finely we got there. The wind was pretty strong and in forecast was supposed to get stronger. Anyway the task was seated and pilots started to take off. It was spectacular and sometimes scary to observe. 36 pilots decided it is too stupid to fly this conditions and didn’t take off. Before task even started Denis Kortela throw the rescue. It was even more demotivating. We spend whole task on take off observing pilots passing take off and reaching the goal.

Dziś pojechaliśmy na Mioussy. Wyjazd na górę był bardzo chaotyczny. Trafiliśmy tam jednak. Na startowisku był bardzo mocny wiatr, a prognoza mówiła o nasileniu się wiatru. Postanowiłam nie lecieć tej konkurencji. Tą samą decyzję podjęło jeszcze 34 osób. Siedzieliśmy całą konkurencję na startowisu oglądając przebieg konkurencji. Na samym początku, zanim jeszcze ruszył wyścig Denis Kortela rzucił zapas. To dodatkowo wpłynęło demotywująco.

Today we went to the Le Saixt. First we where supposed to go to the upon take off and then we ended up on middle one. The reason was that on top was already 15 km south wind and more wind from south on afternoon was expected. Task was seated. We where supposed to go almost to Geneve lake and then back to the valley we where starting. Many people said it will be even stronger than previous day and with more wind. I was very sceptic if I want to fly this task. On the end I took off very late and there where only bubbles going up. It was very difficult to climb up. Landing in the valley was challenging enough for me for today. In the moment I landed the task was cancelled.

Dziś pojechaliśmy na startowisko Le Saixt. Najpierw mieliśmy jechać na górne startowisko ale na górze wiało już 15 m/godz a prognozowano nasilenie się wiatru. W końcu rozłożono konkurencję prowadzącą nas prawie nad jezioro Genewskie, a następnie z powrotem do doliny, z której startowaliśmy. Piloci mówili, że ma być jeszcze mocniej niż poprzedniego dnia, więc nie byłam zdecydowana czy chcę lecieć w takich warunkach. W końcu wystartowałam, ale późno i w mocnej inwersji tylko bombliło. Lądowanie w dolinie było wystarczającym wyzwaniem jak na dzisiaj. Kiedy pakowałam się na lądowisku w dolinie, konkurencja została anulowana.

I’m right now on touring around French Championship. During this event we are using 3 take offs: Mont Chery, Le Saixt and Mioussy. We go everyday to other flying side and it is theoretical a good change because we don’t get bored by the same take offs but the bad thing is that not necessary we end up on the right one for the wind. Anyway, we wend for the the first task to Mont Chery. 71 km task was decided. It was very interesting task but the conditions where very strong. Actually it was on the limit of that what I would like to fly. Still it was fantastic flight with some tricky and difficult moments. I really didn’t like 2 places on the route. The second one was that bad that decided to go longer way to avoid to go up on very strong and rough place. It did cost me more then less 40 min and many places in rating but I was too tiered to fight this rough and strong thermals, I just wanted finish the course.

Znajduje się właśnie na “objazdowych mistrzostwach Francji”. Codziennie startujemy z innego startowiska: Mont Chery, Le Saixt albo Mioussy. Z jednej strony to jest świetny pomysł, ze względu na to ze nie nudzimy się startując z tego samego miejsca, ale z drugiej strony nie zawsze lądujemy na najlepszym startowisku do warunków oraz wprowadza to mały burdel organizacyjny. Niemniej jednak pierwszego dnia wylądowaliśy na Mont Chery, startowisku, które znam dość dobrze z Mistrzostw Europy w 2006 roku. Mielimy niesamowita konkurencję po okolicy. Szkoda ze warunki, które panowały po trasie były na granicy tego co chciałabym latać. Oblecenie trasy wymagało wiele pracy. Dwa miejsca były właściwie tak mocne, że jedyne co chciałam to zabrać się stamtąd jak najszybciej. Za drugim razem, kiedy trafiłam w ostre miejsce, kolo Samoens postanowiłam, że to jest już za dużo dla mnie i poleciałam na metę mocno na około. Kosztowało mnie to 40 min i parę miejsc na liście wyników. Myślę jednak, że biorą pod uwagę, że byłam już kolo 4 godzin w powietrzu i byłam bardzo zmęczona, była to bardzo dobra decyzja.

We went to the take off, but already on the way there we could see that the wind is stronger thene previous day. On take off was wery windy. Still the task was set and some pilots prepaird to take off. Whene the start was about to be open the window was closed and after next 30 min or even our of wayting the task was canseld.

Piloci wywiezieni zostalo na start, gdzie wial juz wiatr jak wczorajszego dnia po poludniu. Rozlowonono jednak konkurencje. Po dlugich dyskusjach i paru godzinach na starcie konkurencja zostala anulowana.

Today we went to the take off of the first day. It was preaty windy up there, but the task was set. We where supposed to fly 78,9 km task, Race to goal. The window was oppen at 13:30 and race started at 14:00.

I was very sceptic about this idea so I didn’t hury to take off. But it looked there is not turbulenc in the air and wind after flying away of thake off wasnt disturbing. In mean time the wind on take off incres so it took me a wail till there was good moment to take off. Whene i finely managed it in the air was realy nice - good thermals and the wind wasn’t disturbing at whole. After making 3 turn points wind stop and there where not thermals. I wasn’t lucky and I landed.

Dzisiejsza konkurencja miala dlugosc 78,9 km - Race to Goal. Okno zostao otwarte o 13:30 a cylinder startowy o 14:00.Zwyciezca konkurencji zostal konstruktor Ozone mantra 10 Luck Armand

Task was canseled in the morning due to too big probability of thender storms. At 14:30 started to rain hevely and it still is.

Konkurencja odwolana juz rano ze wzgledu na bardzo duze prawdopodobienstwo wystapienia burz. Od 14:30 pada deszcz.
